Sudhir Aggarwal, MD, PhD, is a highly trained and compassionate neurologist dedicated to using the best and latest treatments to help patients live a long, meaningful life. He currently provides Neurology services out of his offices located in Paoli, PA, and Narberth, PA, where his expertise in treatment options ensures that his patients maintain optimal neurological health.

Dr. Aggarwal specializes in treating Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) which results in patients experiencing severe pain in their whole body or certain parts of the body. In addition to medical treatments, Dr. Aggarwal treats his patients with Ketamine and Lidocaine infusions which is a proven and effective treatment of this condition. Dr. Aggarwal got his training and mentorship in treating CRPS from Dr. Robert J Schwartzman who was the pioneer in establishing efficacy of these treatments for CRPS.

Dr. Aggarwal also specializes in treating stroke, migraines, seizures, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson’s disease. He offers comprehensive services for Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia. He also has extensive experience injecting Botox® to relieve muscle spasticity and migraine headaches.

After receiving his medical degree at Government Medical College, Patiala in Punjab, India, Dr. Aggarwal completed his neurology residency at Drexel University College of Medicine, Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia. He then went on to finish fellowship training in Vascular Neurology at Rutgers University- New Jersey Medical School in Newark, NJ. Dr. Aggarwal is Board-certified in Neurology and Vascular Neurology.

Dr. Aggarwal brings a broad range of neurology experience to his practice, having worked at teaching and community hospitals and serving as the Medical Director of stroke services at a suburban community hospital.

Since earning a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Dr. Aggarwal has taken an active role in medical research. He has authored multiple articles and presented his work at numerous conferences, including the International Stroke Conference and meetings of the American Academy of Neurology. He has been invited to lecture on neurological topics and to participate in televised discussions on stroke and other neurological conditions.

As a patient listener and a caring physician, Dr. Aggarwal is popular among his patients and peers. He speaks English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
